The big shiny project in now both our sales tax proposal and the Downtown Master Plan is the indoor sports complex. We did some digging to find out where this idea originally came from. There was a lot of public engagement for the Downtown Master Plan, and it didn’t come up there, so we went back further and found the 2020 Master Parks Plan (so many plans!). Here’s what the City learned about what people wanted:
